At Dreamland Hotels and Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. We strive to provide our guests with a flexible and hassle-free cancellation experience.
Our Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Window: For most reservations, you can cancel your booking without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
Full Refund: If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or prepayment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to the cost of the first night’s stay.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date and have not contacted us to cancel your reservation, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the full amount of your stay.
